The creation of, at least 10 job positions

Creation of at least 10 job positions, through the effective hiring of employees through individual employment contracts and the subsequent registration of employees at Social Security.
The number of jobs created may be reduced to 8 job positions, where the jobs are created in a low density population territory (NUTS III level with less than 100 inhabitants per Km2 or PIB per capita less than 75% of the national average.

Non-refundable donation to a foundation of heritage and cultural significance in the amount equal or higher than €250 000 (two hundred and fifty thousand euros) for recovery or maintenance of the national heritage.
